Toni Fennell CRCM has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Toni is currently serving as the SVP Director of Compliance at Dallas Capital Bank, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Lamar National Bank from August 2020 to December 2022. Toni also had a long tenure at Texas Capital Bank, where they held several roles including Senior Vice President of Compliance Advisory, Vice President - Sr. Operational Risk Analyst, Vice President - Risk & Controls Manager, and Risk and Control Analyst - Treasury Management Operations. Their responsibilities at Texas Capital Bank included building compliance functions, developing risk and control matrices, performing risk assessments, and implementing new tools and procedures.
