Jim Buchanan is an experienced pastry cook with a career spanning over a decade in prominent culinary establishments. Currently, Jim serves as a pastry cook at Dallas Country Club since February 2020. Previously, Jim held similar roles at BENCHMARK, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Wolfgang Puck Catering, showcasing a consistent focus on creating a diverse array of desserts including cakes, pies, tarts, and cheesecakes. Jim also contributed part-time at The Table and worked at Park City Club. Jim's culinary education was completed at El Centro College from 2009 to 2012.
