Heather Kowalski

Heather Kowalski has a strong background in the culinary arts and business management. Currently serving as a Pastry Cook at The Bastion Collection since March 2021, Heather also co-owns Houston Chrome LLC since April 2015. Heather's formal training in patisserie was honed at the Culinary Institute Lenotre, where an Elite Diplome De Patisserie was earned from January 2020 to March 2021. Prior to their culinary pursuits, Heather held various leadership roles at francesca's®, including Vice President, Head of Stores and Zone Vice President, contributing to the company's growth and development from April 2005 to May 2014.
