Douglas Hildebrand, MPA, currently serves as Fleet Director and Assistant Director for the Consolidated Services Department at Dallas County since October 2022. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Deputy Director of Fleet Administration for the City of Dallas from February 2018 until retirement. Douglas also has extensive experience as Equipment Services Director for the City of Odessa from October 1998 to July 2015, holding the position until retirement in 2020. In addition to professional responsibilities, Douglas volunteers at the White Pool House Museum. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on English and Political Science from the University of Texas Permian Basin, and a Certificate in Automotive Technology from Odessa College.
