Lissa Shepard

Lissa Shepard is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Bridge Engineer and Floodplain Manager at Dallas County, Lissa has previously held positions as a Civil Engineer with the City of McKinney, a Project Engineer at STV, and an Engineer with the City of Dallas. Lissa began their career as an Engineer Intern at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Lissa holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
