Tan Hall-Papillion, MBA, CCP, currently serves as the AVP of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since April 2024. With extensive experience in talent management and total rewards, Tan has held leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies since December 2016, progressing from Senior Manager to Leader of Talent Management & Total Rewards. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Compensation/M&A Integration Leader at Halliburton and as a Principal Consultant at PDG Consulting Group. Tan also worked at USAA as a Program Manager and Business Strategy Lead. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business.
