Romario Henry

Romario Henry is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef for the Dallas Mavericks since May 2023. Alongside this role, Romario owns Cuisine Collision LLC, established in May 2019. Previous experience includes a Chef De Partie position at NYU Langone Health from May 2016 to February 2024, as well as roles such as Line Chef at Walt Disney World from March 2015 to May 2016 and Chef at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa from August 2015 to April 2016. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Teaching Assistant and Kiosk Clerk at Monroe College from January 2014 to April 2015. Romario holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, both from Monroe University, and a Diploma in Science and Culinary Arts from Knox College High School JA.
