Niko Marinos

Niko Marinos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile venues. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Legends since April 2024, Niko previously held the role of Senior Executive Chef and Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants from July 2019 to April 2024, managing culinary operations at the Jacob Javits Convention Center and Spectrum Center. Niko's earlier positions include Executive Sous Chef at Hilton from October 2014 to January 2018, and Executive Chef at Aramark from March 2008 to July 2014, overseeing the Prudential Center and Citified New York Mets. Niko's career also includes experience as a banquet cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and a culinary education from The Culinary Institute of America completed between 1997 and 1999.
