Amy Pierce

Amy Pierce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and procurement roles, currently serving as the Technical and Procurement Director at Dallas Plastics Corporation since February 2017. In this position, Amy supports five blown film manufacturing plants, focusing on technical film design, product development, and regulatory compliance, while successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and negotiations. Prior to this role, Amy was a Product Development Engineer at Freudenberg Medical, managing new product and sustaining engineering projects, and earlier worked as an R&E Co-op at Kimberly-Clark. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology and possesses additional education from the University of North Texas and the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
