Aaron Rataczak, MAcc

Aaron Rataczak, MAcc has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Aaron is currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting at Dama Financial, a financial services company specializing in secure banking solutions for cash-intensive businesses, including cannabis-related enterprises. Prior to this, Aaron worked at HaystackID as the Director of Finance | Controller for four years. HaystackID is an eDiscovery services firm that assists corporations and law firms in managing and analyzing data.

Before HaystackID, Aaron worked at Prism Healthcare Partners LTD as a Senior Accountant. In this role, they had responsibilities such as overseeing all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledgers, compliance, cash flow management, audits, and financial reporting and analysis. Aaron also made significant contributions by overhauling key accounting processes to prepare the company for future acquisitions.

Aaron's earlier experience includes working at Seyfarth Shaw LLP as a Staff Accountant, and at Neal Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in various roles, starting as an Accounts Payable/File Clerk, moving on to be an Accounting Clerk, and eventually becoming a Staff Accountant.

Aaron Rataczak holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy from Purdue University Northwest, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Purdue University Northwest in 2008.
