Steve Morss

Steve Morss is the current Chief of Cash Operations at Dama Financial. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Transformation Management at GardaWorld Cash Logistics from 2010 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the performance of 157 U.S. operations, 8 direct reports, and a fleet of 2,900 trucks. Steve was integral in designing and instituting transformational initiatives designed to increase operational efficiencies and produce reliable value creation.

Under Steve's leadership, the company was able to surpass sales, profitability, and business goals. Steve also led the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Thanks to their efforts, the company was able to attain a 35% gross margin and achieve annual margin targets of 40% direct wages to revenue. In addition, they developed a new process for employee evaluation that resulted in marked performance improvements by measuring KPI's on all levels.

Steve has a proven track record of success in leading transformational change and driving results. Steve is an innovative thinker with a passion for problem solving and a commitment to excellence.

Steve Morss attended Villanova University, where they studied Six Sigma, and DeVry University, where they studied business. Steve also attended American River College.
