Rachel Gilpin

Rachel Gilpin is the Director of HR Operations at Damar Services. Rachel has over fifteen years of experience working in human resources and sales. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services, a Social Service Worker at Kern County, and a Sales Assistant at Seniority, Inc. Rachel began their career in human resources as an Human Resources Assistant at ABHOW. Rachel is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others. Rachel is dedicated to their work and takes pride in their ability to positively impact the lives of those they come in contact with.

Rachel Gilpin has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and Administration from the University of Indianapolis. Rachel also has a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
