Gerben Sikkema

Gerben Sikkema is currently working as the Head of Engineering Department at Damen Yachting since April 2021. Prior to this role, Gerben held the position of Manager Engineering CRO/OTC at Damen from February 2019 to March 2021. With previous experience at De Voogt Naval Architects as a Manager Mechanical Engineering and at Vripack as the Manager Large Yacht Engineering / Project Manager, Gerben has extensive knowledge in naval architecture and yacht engineering. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from NHL Hogeschool and MTS Leeuwarden, Gerben has a strong foundation in the field.
