Ashmeer started their career as a Franchisee Development Manager at Tata Sky Ltd, where they were responsible for selecting and appointing franchisees for the company's DTH network. Ashmeer then joined Jawad Business Group as a Manager of Operations, overseeing store performance and maintaining customer service standards.

After that, Sayyed worked at Alok Industries Ltd as an Assistant Vice President, where they played a crucial role in implementing SAP IS-Retail and streamlining retail operations. Ashmeer also managed recruitment, training, and marketing activities to enhance sales.
