Rajendra Kole

Rajendra Kole is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and IT service management. Currently serving as a Vessel ICT Support Engineer at d’Amico Shipping Group since October 2022, Rajendra Kole provides a single point of contact for onboard IT issues and manages service requests through a dedicated service management tool. Prior to this role, Rajendra Kole worked at Rishichem Distributors Pvt. Ltd. from December 2015 to April 2023 as an IT Support Executive, specializing in level 2 support for various devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Rajendra Kole also gained valuable experience as a Desktop Engineer at Pantagon from November 2012 to December 2015.
