Melissa Ford

Melissa Ford has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, specifically in the field of youth development. Melissa started their career in 2001 as a School Age Child Care Site Director at the YMCA, where they managed and supervised child care programs. In 2003, they joined the Simon Kenton Council, Boy Scouts of America as a Senior District Executive, responsible for coordinating and supporting district-level activities.
