Kirsten Lynch Smith

Kirsten Lynch Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kirsten started their career in 2006 as an Account Manager and Inside Sales at Tropical Nut & Fruit. Kirsten then moved on to work as a Key Account Executive at WWEX Orlando East in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, Kirsten worked as an Account Manager at Kforce. Kirsten then joined Pershing as a Corporate Actions specialist from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Corporate & Class Actions Specialist at Trust Company of the West before becoming an Independent Contractor at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In 2014, Kirsten worked as an Executive Recruiter at The Bolton Group, specializing in finance and accounting placements. Kirsten then joined The McCormick Group, Inc. in 2014 as a Consultant- Executive Recruiter. Since 2016, Kirsten has been working as a Staffing Manager at DAn Solutions, where they focus on full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, employee relations, and building relationships with partners and customers.
