Ali Kalateh

Ali Kalateh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Development at Dana Energy since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ali held the position of Head of Human Resources at Mofid Securities from December 2020 to July 2023 and served as a Senior HR Development Expert at Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals from May 2016 to December 2020. Ali Kalateh earned a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Tehran and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through Coaching Ways Middle East, having completed the program in February 2022.
