Hossein Rostami Barooji

Hossein Rostami Barooji has extensive work experience in various roles related to mechanical design engineering. Hossein is currently working as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Dana Energy since February 2023. Before that, they worked as the Design Engineering Manager at FARAZ ERTEBAT from March 2019 to February 2023. Additionally, they have served as a Laboratory Technical Assistant at Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from January 2015 to July 2019, where they were responsible for the Dynamics and Vibration Lab. Hossein also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the university from July 2013 to March 2018. Prior to their university roles, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Vali Smart Agricultural Systems from March 2018 to September 2018.

Hossein Rostami Barooji obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic in the years 2015 to 2023. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Sharif University of Technology from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, which they pursued from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, Hossein received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution during the period of 2009 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Hossein has completed various trainings and courses. Hossein obtained a certification in Machine Learning by Python from ParsPajouhaan in May 2023. Hossein also received training in Geomagnetic design X software from the same institution in 2023. Furthermore, they have completed certifications in Plastic mold design and Sheet metal die design from the Iran Mold Makers Association in 2022. Hossein also obtained a certification in Hardware in the loop control system implementation from Sharif University of Technology in 2014. Lastly, they received Ansys training from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic in 2012.
