Deborah Toffler

Deborah Toffler, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Senior Director of Patient Care Services at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a position held since May 2005. In this role, Deborah has also been the Director of the Division of Patient and Family Programs and Services and has overseen volunteer services and the Shapiro Center for Patients and Families. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager for Patient and Family Advisory Councils and a Patient/Family Relations Specialist at Brigham and Women's Hospital from June 2001 to April 2005. Educational credentials comprise a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with initial studies at Colgate University.
