Joanna Baginska is a highly skilled researcher with extensive experience in immuno-oncology and translational research. Currently serving as the Director of the Immune Assessment Laboratory at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since July 2019, Joanna leads strategic operations and develops innovative biomarker strategies for clinical trials, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with clinical laboratory standards. Previous roles include positions as Lead Scientist and Senior Scientist at the same institute, and postdoctoral associates at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and the University of Luxembourg, where significant contributions to the understanding of immune responses and clinical trial methodologies were made. Joanna holds a PhD in Oncology from Paris-Sud University and a Master's degree from École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, along with a robust publication record and several research grants.
