Pandora Hess is an accomplished professional in donor relations with extensive experience in the arts and cultural sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Donor Relations at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since April 2021, Pandora oversees programs for $1M+ donors, driving significant growth during a historic $2B campaign. Previously, as Associate Director of Fellows and Patron Engagement at Harvard Art Museums, Pandora cultivated high-level donor bases and contributed to major gift initiatives, achieving an impressive retention rate. Experience as Curator of Collections at Historic Annapolis, Inc. included enhancing donor stewardship and institutional partnerships, while earlier roles encompassed various internships focused on curation and research. Pandora holds a Master of Studies in History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art.
