Elaine Sanfey

Elaine Sanfey is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Dana Incorporated since September 2019 and concurrently acting as Chair of the Board of Directors at Dana SAC Ireland Limited since August 2020. Previously, Elaine held roles as In-house Legal Counsel at Providence Resources PLC from July 2018 to August 2019, and as Senior Legal Counsel for Aramark in Ireland from March 2016 to September 2016, where Elaine was the sole legal representative. At Railway Procurement Agency from June 2008 to December 2015, Elaine worked as a Commercial Lawyer on various projects, including Dublin's tram system. Earlier legal experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at SR Technics Ireland Limited from July 2006 to May 2008. Elaine holds a Barrister-at-Law Degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns and a Bachelor in Laws from Trinity College Dublin.
