Marino Roberto has a strong background in aftermarket commercial and service roles. Marino is currently working as the Aftermarket Commercial Director Global OH & Dana Europe Sales at Dana Incorporated since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Service Officer at Maschio Gaspardo Group from April 2021 to February 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President Parts & Service at Danfoss, where they successfully implemented and managed the Parts & Service Business Unit. Marino also has experience at Carraro SpA, where they served as the After Sales & Spare Parts Director and the Carraro Tractors Agricube Managing Director. Marino was responsible for business, service, products, and brand management. Before that, they worked at STIGA as the Service & Spare Parts Business Unit Director and at Piaggio as the Worldwide Piaggio Group Spare Parts Sales Manager. Earlier in their career, Marino worked at APRILIA RACING as the Spare Parts & Accessories Sales Manager for Italy. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of successful business growth.

Marino Roberto earned a master's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II in Italy. Marino specialized in Power Electronics and Energy Conversion, completing their studies from 1988 to 1995. In 2020 and 2021, they pursued an Innovation Strategy & Digital Transformation Executive Master Certificate from 24ORE Business School. In terms of secondary education, Marino attended the Liceo Scientifico di Calitri from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Diploma Maturità Scientifica. Notably, Marino also obtained various additional certifications in areas such as Executive Master on Innovation Strategy & Digital Transformation, Growth Strategy, and Digital Competence.
