Stefano Bruni is an experienced executive with a strong background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Plant General Manager at Dana Incorporated since December 2021, Stefano is focused on improving the operational and financial performance of the company following its acquisition by a private equity fund. Previous roles include Vice President and CEO at STS Group, Managing Director at Shiloh Industries and Brabant Alucast in the Netherlands, and Managing Director at MAHLE COMPONENTI MOTORI ITALIA and Neumayer Tekfor Holding. With a Bachelor of Science in European Business with Technology from Politecnico Torino and Brighton Polytechnic, Stefano has successfully led multiple manufacturing sites, managing large teams and generating significant turnover.
