Stijn Goossens

Stijn Goossens has a diverse work experience in engineering. Stijn started their career at FMTC as a junior project engineer, working on various research projects in domains such as electrical linear motors, energy storage, waste heat recuperation, and control engineering. Stijn later became a project engineer and eventually a senior project engineer at FMTC.

In 2013, Stijn joined XPE, where they worked in advanced engineering for a year, before moving on to Dana Incorporated. At Dana, Stijn initially worked in advanced engineering as a systems/mechatronics/control engineer, focused on developing new business opportunities and introducing innovative technologies. Stijn then progressed to become a team lead for driveline controls, and subsequently took on the role of mechatronic controls engineer. Currently, Stijn is serving as the lead system engineer for new system development at Dana Incorporated.

Stijn Goossens completed their Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering with high honors from Ghent University, from 2004 to 2009.
