Ben Berridge

Ben Berridge is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning over two decades in various roles focused on lean manufacturing and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Pall Corporation since January 2016, Ben transitioned from a mentoring role to take on full responsibility for an operations team. Prior to that, Ben held the position of Danaher Business System Director at Danaher Corporation, where contributions included mentoring teams at new acquisitions. Earlier experiences include managing lean manufacturing initiatives at Linx Printing Technologies and Collins and Aikman, demonstrating a consistent track record in driving improvements in productivity, quality, and customer focus. Ben holds a degree in Integrated Technologies from Sheffield Hallam University.
