Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in global talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Danaher Corporation since October 2015, Kelly plays a pivotal role in sourcing talent for a leading science and technology innovator. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Spencer Stuart as a Global Executive Recruiter and Senior Associate from 2003 to 2015, contributing to one of the foremost executive search firms globally. Kelly also held the position of Associate Research Director at Gonzaga University from 2009 to 2013 and served as a Parent and Family Council Board Member and Campaign Fund Co-Chair. Earlier career roles include being an Executive Recruiter and Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles and an Executive Search Consultant at BioQuest. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California and attended California State University - East Bay.
