Willie Mazyck

Willie Mazyck serves as the Global Head of Talent Development at Danaher Corporation since March 2022. Previously, Mazyck held multiple senior leadership positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Talent Development, where strategic direction for the global talent team was driven, and Vice President roles focusing on talent management strategies. Prior experiences include senior leadership roles at Cox Automotive Inc., overseeing global learning strategies, and positions at Comcast, NCR Corporation, AT&T Mobility, and Accenture, where Mazyck contributed to various training and development initiatives. Mazyck holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, along with a Master’s in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s in Education.
