Dimitris Vasalakis

Dimitris Vasalakis has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Dimitris began their career as a Credit Controller at INFORM P. LYKOS S.A. and later worked as an HQs Human Resources Administrator at Carrefour. Dimitris then moved on to Intracom Telecom, where they worked as a Human Resources Professional for several years. After that, Dimitris joined APIVITA SA as a Human Resources Director, where they were responsible for setting and implementing HR strategies in Greece, Spain, and Japan. Dimitris also served as a Visiting Lecturer of Human Resources Management at Mediterranean College during this time. Dimitris then worked at Netcompany-Intrasoft, where they took on various roles, including Group Talent Acquisition & Performance Senior Manager, Senior Manager - HR Business Partner Public Sector BU & Enterprise Solutions BU, and HR Manager Greece. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Danaos Shipping Co. Ltd.

Dimitris Vasalakis completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Athinas in 2004. Dimitris then pursued an MSc in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business, which they completed in 2006. In 2010, they obtained an MBA in International MBA from the same institution.
