Emily Lube

Emily Lube is the Founder, Editor-in-chief, and Marketing Director of Frothy Magazine, a Sustainability-focused publication based in Gainesville. Emily has a background in marketing, content creation, and research, with experience in various organizations such as HowGood, Wilmot Botanical Gardens, and the University of Florida. Emily has also held leadership roles as the President of the Florida Collegiate Plant Initiative and Marketing Outreach Coordinator for the Culinary Arts Student Union at UF. In addition, Emily has volunteer and internship experience at the Conservatory of Flowers. Currently, Emily works as a Wholesale Training and Outreach Coordinator and Barista at Dancing Goats® Coffee while continuing their research and teaching assistant roles at UF.
