Snooky Robins serves as the Director of Engineering and Director of Research Development at Dandelion Chocolate since October 2014. Additionally, Snooky is the founder of CocoaMojo, a company that offers a variety of technical and process support services for artisanal chocolate makers, focusing on machine selection, factory design, energy systems, and workflow optimization since July 2012. Snooky also acts as the principal at ecotechnikos, providing turnkey construction services with expertise in creating safe, hygienic, and energy-efficient food production facilities, specializing in gelato and chocolate products since 2007.
