Jamie Ferrazano

Jamie Ferrazano has extensive experience in technology management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at D2L since September 2021. Previously, Jamie held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Pinellas County Government from September 2020 to September 2021 and returned to D2L as a Senior Customer Success Manager from October 2018 to September 2020. Jamie's career at St. Petersburg College spanned more than a decade, with roles including Executive Director of Academic Technology and Technology Manager, alongside earlier positions such as Technical Support Specialist and Network Technical Support. Jamie possesses degrees in General Education and Technology Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, all from St. Petersburg College.
