Nick Znajkowski

Nick Znajkowski's work experience includes the following:

- Software Engineer at Dandelion Health starting in 2023.

- Senior Software Engineer at Octane from July 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they acted as a Senior Engineer on a greenfield Microservices team responsible for breaking up a Django monolith over a 3-5 year period. Nick led projects such as designing and leading work on an Identity Token service, shipping an internal templated email service, and designing and leading a workshop on DDD principles and microservice architecture.

- Software Engineer at Calibrate from November 2020 to July 2022. Nick was the first FT engineering hire and built out the initial suite of HIPAA-compliant internal tools. Nick also led the development of an automated FHIR-compliant diagnostic lab ordering system and helped architect the transition from Django-based internal tools to micro-frontends.

- Full Stack Software Engineer at Tentrr from January 2019 to November 2020. Here, they designed and built a customer-facing API for bookings, integrated a React widget for third-party pages, and aided in the migration from Django to a cloud-based infrastructure.

- Software Engineer at Synacor from July 2016 to January 2019.

- Student at App Academy from February 2016 to May 2016. Nick completed a full stack web development course focused on Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, and React.

Nick Znajkowski attended Regis High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics at New York University, graduating in 2013.
