Michael Fitch

AVP, Commercial Sales at Dandy

Michael Fitch is currently the AVP of Commercial Sales at Dandy. Prior to joining Dandy, Michael was with Pavilion for a brief period of time. Before that, Michael spent four years as the Vice President of Sales/Customer Success & Marketing at Yamaha Unified Communications. In this role, Michael was responsible for the execution and success of all sales and marketing activities. Michael worked closely with an extensive network of customers, partners, distributors, etc. to deliver complete solutions to the end customer.

Some of Michael’s other responsibilities included: MEDDICC Sales Strategy, working with SaaS/UCaaS/Cloud partners such as Zoom and Microsoft, leading a large team of both onsite and remote employees, and being responsible for direct, channel, and inside sales.

In addition to the above responsibilities, Michael was also responsible for monitoring and maintaining sales budget, working with the CEO & CFO to develop yearly compensation plans for sales organization, and ensuring that the marketing & sales strategies are harmonized to ensure overall organizational success.

Before their time at Yamaha Unified Communications, Michael spent a year at The 200 Club of Morris County.

Michael Fitch attended Quinnipiac University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Michael also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Become a Purpose-Driven Sales Professional, Sales Management Fundamentals, and Sales Negotiation.

They work with and Akhil Gupta - VP, Commercial Operations. Their manager is Evan Peters, Chief Commercial Officer.
