William Foster

William Foster is the current head of Revenue Operations at Dandy. Prior to joining Dandy, they served as the Director of Revenue Operations at Impact from September 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President of Customer Success & Business Operations at Signpost from July 2013 to September 2020, where they ran both the Customer Success and Operations organization. At Signpost, they owned strategic initiatives including customer journey optimization, data driven lead strategies, and data and tooling optimizations. William was also part of the executive operating team and worked closely with all departments including Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing and Human Resources.

William Foster attended the University of Denver, where they earned their bachelor's degree in finance.

William Foster reports to Akhil Gupta, VP, Commercial Operations. They work with Brandon Fierro - Head of Lab Operations, Jamie Joseph - Head of People Operations.
