Charles Debut

Charles Debut currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for the South Europe Region at Danfoss Climate Solutions since September 2022. Prior to this role, Charles founded BOOSTER-BUSINESS.COM and BOOSTER-iO, providing IIoT solutions for industry and energy management. Charles’ extensive experience includes over a decade at Mersen, where roles spanned General Manager of Mersen France La Mure SAS, and several Vice President positions focused on sales excellence, business development, and global account management, particularly with Schneider Electric. Earlier in Charles' career, positions at Siemens included Sales Director for Security Products and various sales management roles, complemented by technical support at BLM. Charles holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions including HEC Paris, INSEAD, and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, along with recent training in AWS Cloud architecture.
