Paul Holland

Paul Holland currently serves as the General Manager for Danfoss Pacific, overseeing full P&L responsibility for the Climate Solutions and Power Electronics & Drives segments with annual revenue exceeding $130M AUD. With over two decades of experience in global general management and product management roles across various companies, Paul has successfully led teams and driven strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets in businesses valued at up to $150M. Prior to Danfoss, Paul held senior management positions at Davey Water Products and Emerson Automation Solutions, where responsibilities included the global management of valve businesses and the development of strategic market initiatives. Paul holds an MBA from Deakin University and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales.
