Justin Weintraub

Justin Weintraub has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Justin began their career at Colonial Properties Trust in 2005, where they served as Senior Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the acquisition and disposition efforts for the company's multifamily portfolio covering multiple states.

In 2013, Justin joined Daniel Corporation as Vice President - Multi-Family. Justin played a key role in the procurement and execution oversight of multifamily investment opportunities in high-growth markets across the Sunbelt.

Throughout their career at Daniel Corporation, Justin held various positions, including Executive Vice President, where they oversaw the company's multifamily platform, and currently serving as the Chief Development Officer. Justin has extensive experience in new developments as well as existing assets.

Justin's work experience demonstrates their expertise in multifamily investments and their ability to source, negotiate, and execute on acquisitions and dispositions.

Justin Weintraub obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from Auburn University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005.
