Sydney Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the fitness and performing arts industries. As the Business Owner of Syd Studio L.A. since January 2018, Sydney also holds the position of Senior Pilates and Gyrotonic Method Instructor at Equinox from October 2018. Sydney has been involved in various roles as a certified Pilates instructor at multiple studios including Winsor Choza Pilates Studio and My Hot Pilates. Additionally, Sydney is represented as an actress commercially and theatrically by the Daniel Hoff Agency and Origin Talent. Sydney's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Tulane University, along with specialized training in acting and dance from prestigious institutions such as New York University and Warner Loughlin Studios.
