Ricardo Nunes has a strong background in intellectual property and law, with experience working in various roles at different companies and academic institutions. Ricardo started their career as an Associate at Momsen, Leonardos & Cia. in 2004, where they stayed until 2011. Ricardo then worked as a Foreign Associate at Silverberg, Goldman & Bikoff for a brief period before joining LUIZ LEONARDOS & ADVOGADOS as a Partner in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Licks Attorneys, also as a Partner, and stayed there until 2016. In the same year, they joined Daniel Law as a Partner and Head of Patents, a position they currently hold. Additionally, Ricardo Nunes has also worked as a Professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and as a Tutor in the Intellectual Property Post-Graduation Program at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

Ricardo Nunes has an extensive education history with a focus on law and regulatory studies. Ricardo began their education journey in 2004 at UERJ where they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2008. In 2011, they attended The George Washington University Law School, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. Ricardo successfully completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, graduating summa cum laude in 2012. Subsequently, in 2014, Ricardo pursued a Master's degree in Regulatory Law at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2016. Currently, Ricardo is attending Fundação Dom Cabral and is expected to graduate with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in March 2022.
