Paweł Kudliński

Paweł Kudliński is a Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently employed at Danieli Corus since August 2020, Paweł has contributed to Ural Steel Blast Furnace reline projects, ultimately advancing to the position of Lead Mechanical Engineer. Prior to this role, Paweł worked at Danieli Corus from November 2018 to April 2020. From March 2010 to October 2018, Paweł served as a Mechanical Engineer at Bydgoszcz Iron Foundry, where significant contributions included the design of pattern plates and core products that facilitated the successful launch of new products, achieving sales of 5 million units in Europe. Paweł also led a team that realized a 30% improvement in work efficiency. Earlier in the career, Paweł held the position of Sales and Service Representative at Motobus from September 2009 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz, as well as postgraduate studies in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing from WSB University in Bydgoszcz.
