Astrid Gade Nielsen

Astrid Gade Nielsen is vice president of corporate communication and public affairs at Danish Crown. Astrid has over fifteen years of experience in corporate communication, including leading a corporate communication function within an international matrix business at Arla Foods. In this role, they were responsible for the corporate brand, reputation, media and crisis handling, internal communication and communication to the companies' owners.

Astrid has a strong track record in developing and executing effective communication strategies that support business objectives and drive positive results. Astrid is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Astrid Gade Nielsen has a degree in English from Aarhus University. Astrid also has a degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Aarhus University.

Astrid Gade Nielsen reports to Jais Valeur, Group CEO. They are on a team with Andreas Friis - Senior Vice President, Group HR, Preben Sunke - Group CFO & COO, and Jan Roelsgaard - CEO Dat-Schaub.
