Christoffer Bloch Pedersen

Christoffer Bloch Pedersen is currently the Business Unit Director for Nordic Retail Sales at Danish Crown, overseeing sales and P&L responsibilities for the company's largest customer across 16 product categories. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Category Manager at Salling Group, where significant revenue growth was achieved in various categories including fish and fresh meat, as well as leading category strategies that reduced promotional dependency and introduced high-tier products. During a previous role, Christoffer was a co-founder of Danish Student Housing and has held various positions in strategic procurement and business development within the Dansk Supermarked Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Finance & International Business from Aarhus University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration.
