Stephanie Ruiz

Stephanie Ruiz is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a diverse background in the music and entertainment industries. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the CMO and Brand Partnerships Coordinator at Danny Wimmer Presents, Stephanie facilitates engagement between brands, bands, and fans while managing the full sales cycle. Previous roles include Operations Manager at El Rey Theater, North America Operations contact at Event Genius, and various positions at Sofar Sounds and Live Nation Entertainment, where significant operational and event management expertise was developed. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry Studies from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts in Communications and Music Industry Studies from Mt. San Jacinto College.
