Cyril Guyard currently serves as Microbiology Director at Danone Research & Innovation since April 2025, focusing on gut, immunology, and microbiology within the Medical and Nutritional Science domain. Prior to this, Cyril held various leadership roles at BIOASTER from September 2013 to May 2025, including Chief Scientific Officer and Deputy Chief Scientific Officer, contributing to the management of research programs at France's sole health-related Technology Research Institute. Cyril's extensive experience includes analyzing Legionella species as a Primary Investigator at Mount Sinai Hospital, serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, and leading a research group at Public Health Ontario on pulmonary infections. Additional roles include postdoctoral research at the National Institutes of Health and doctoral research at Institut Pasteur, complemented by academic degrees in Biology, Health Sciences, and Molecular and Cellular Biology.
