Ayla Ziz

Ayla ZIZ is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and SVP Commercial Europe at Danone since February 2020. Ayla holds additional roles as Non-Executive Board Member at Avril and Purpose Built Brands, as well as Co-Chair for the Coalition for Healthier Lives at The Consumer Goods Forum. Prior to Danone, Ayla led Unilever's operations in the Levant and Middle East, managing significant business initiatives and strategy development. Ayla's career includes key positions at The Coca-Cola Company, Colgate Palmolive, Mars, and Accenture, cementing a strong background in marketing and sales management. Ayla holds an MBA from EM Lyon Business School and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
