Doaa Fahmy

Doaa Fahmy currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Just Born, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Doaa spent over a decade at Danone in various senior HR roles, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 40 HR leaders and designing the Future of Work strategy for North America. Additional roles at Danone encompassed the management of HR services for North America and global talent acquisition initiatives. Past experiences include serving as Human Resources Director at Alcatel-Lucent and Iskraemeco, as well as Chief Human Resources Officer at EgyNet. Doaa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
