Melanie Lebel, CRHA, is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Danone, Melanie previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Canada. Prior roles include Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness and Director of Talent Mining at Pharmascience, as well as managerial positions in Human Resources at The Home Depot Canada and British American Tobacco. Melanie's career began with Resolute Forest Products, where roles included Director of Human Resources & Compensation and Human Resources Manager. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a certificate in Human Resource Management from McGill University.
