Pernille Saaby Holmsgaard

Pernille Saaby Holmsgaard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Pernille is currently the Head of People Tech at DI - Dansk Industri. Prior to that, they worked at PwC Danmark as a Manager from 2019 to 2022. Before joining PwC Danmark, Pernille worked at PwC Deutschland as a Manager specializing in HRIT from 2016 to 2019. Pernille also held the position of Senior Consultant at PwC Danmark, People & Change, focusing on cloud implementation and service delivery organization from 2015 to 2016. Pernille started their career at IBM, where they served as a Functional Consultant from 2012 to 2015 and as a Graduate Functional Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Pernille also worked as a Portfolio Management Assistant, responsible for project management and resource allocation, from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Pernille has experience as a leader of a Danish delegation at CISV Denmark from 2007 to 2008. Throughout their career, they have developed expertise in HRIT, cloud implementation, project management, and consulting.

Pernille Saaby Holmsgaard has a strong education background in business and human resources management. Pernille started their education at Nordvestjysk handesskole, where they completed their Sproglig degree, HHX - Højere Handelseksamen, in 2005. Pernille then went on to pursue their B.Sc in Business, Language & Culture at Copenhagen Business School, which they completed in 2009. Following this, they furthered their studies at Copenhagen Business School and earned their Cand.merc degree in Human Resource Management in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Pernille Saaby Holmsgaard has also obtained several certifications.
